Delivery and payment
How we quote transport
Transport is not part of the product price — we quote it separately to your delivery address after you place the order, based on postcode, items and quantities. That is why the postcode is part of the order form.
You receive the quotation, with the cost and estimated delivery time, in the offer. You accept it before anything is due for payment.
Pallet and container deliveries
Goods are shipped on pallets or in containers. The number of pieces per pallet and per container is shown on every product page; in the cart the shop tells you how many pallets your quantity corresponds to.
We deliver to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Italy and other EU countries.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms under Incoterms 2020 (e.g. DAP, DDP, EXW/FCA), place of delivery, transport cost and estimated delivery time are stated in the offer. Delivery time counts from the day your payment is booked; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, unless the offer says otherwise. Risk passes to you in line with the agreed Incoterms rule.
Partial deliveries are permitted where they do not prejudice your legitimate interest; each part is invoiced separately.
Unloading
Make sure a truck with pallets can be unloaded at the delivery address on working days. Enter unloading notes (tail lift, truck-mounted crane, preferred hours, on-site contact) in the order — they go to the carrier. Costs of a failed delivery for reasons on your side (no unloading, wrong address, nobody present) are charged to you.
Receipt and transport damage
Check the consignment on delivery. Note damage and shortages on the transport document (CMR / consignment note) in the driver's presence, take photos and report them to us within 2 working days of delivery. A consignment accepted without reservation is deemed delivered undamaged and complete.
Payment
You pay by bank transfer to the account stated on the proforma invoice, which we issue after you accept the offer. New customers pay 100% of the order value in advance; terms for regular customers are agreed individually. Goods are reserved and prepared for dispatch once your payment is booked, and remain our property until the full price is paid.
If payment is not received by the date on the proforma, we may withdraw from the contract or re-confirm price and availability.
Currency, VAT and invoice
Settlement is always in EUR; PLN, CZK and USD in the shop are for display only. For delivery to a business with a valid EU VAT number in another EU country we apply the reverse charge (0% VAT); otherwise VAT is charged under the applicable rules.
The proforma is not a tax invoice. The VAT invoice is issued after payment, electronically, and made available on the order page.
