How to buy

This is a B2B wholesale shop: we sell to businesses only. You place an order in a few steps and pay only after accepting an offer that includes the transport cost.

1. Find the product

Search by brand, model or name, or browse the categories. Narrow the list by subcategory, brand, number of phases, power and capacity; sort by price, power, name or brand.

Every product page lists technical data from the manufacturer's documentation, the minimum order and the number of pieces per pallet and per container. Some products have the manufacturer's datasheet as a PDF (section “Downloads”); where there is none, it is available on request.

2. Check the price

Prices are net in EUR, excluding VAT and transport, and depend on quantity: the tier table on the product page shows the price per piece for each tier and, for PV modules, the price per Wp as well. You can switch the display to PLN, CZK or USD for reference — this is an approximate conversion; settlement is always in EUR.

If a product shows “Price on request”, add it to the cart and send an inquiry. We will check availability and get back to you with this information.

3. Add to cart

You enter quantities in pieces. The shop enforces the minimum order from the price list and tells you how many pallets that is. In the cart you change quantities and remove items; you also see which price tier your quantity falls into and how VAT is calculated (0% with a valid EU VAT number, otherwise per country).

4. Place the order

On one page you enter your company details, EU VAT number, contact person, delivery address with postcode (and a separate billing address if needed), your own PO number and notes for the carrier. You can order as a guest or from a business account.

You pay nothing at this stage. We check availability and quote transport to your postcode.

5. Accept the offer

The order page always shows what is happening now. When the offer is ready, it shows the transport cost, the estimated delivery time and the validity date. Until you accept, you can change items and quantities or withdraw the order free of charge; a change after quotation means a new quotation.

Accepting the offer concludes the contract. We then issue a proforma invoice in EUR with the bank details.

6. Pay and receive

New customers pay 100% of the order value in advance against the proforma; terms for regular customers are agreed individually. Once your payment is booked we prepare the shipment, and the order page shows the carrier, tracking number and planned delivery date. The VAT invoice is issued after payment and made available electronically in the order.

Business account

An account is not required to order, but it keeps your orders and inquiries in one place. You register with your company details and confirm by e-mail link. If you had an account in the previous shop, log in with the same e-mail address and password; set a new password via “Forgot your password?”.
